To provide legal assistance to senior staff and ministerial departments in the performance of their duties.
To advise on legislation projects.
To prepare projects of prescriptive acts.
To organise a legal library relevant to the sector.
To compile and keep updated the national and international legislative records.
To participate in the resolution of legal disputes in the sector.
