IGT – Supervision Board

To supervise hotels and other establishments where tourist activities take place in order to ensure that the relevant legislation is enforced.
To collaborate with the supervisory boards of other sectors whenever convenient to the prosecution of common objectives.
To participate in the resolution of legal disputes.
To apply sanctions for non-compliance of the legislation applicable to the sector.
To investigate, analyse and advise on specific matters submitted to the board.
To participate in the research and elaboration of legislation for the tourism sector.
