Passports & Visas
All visitors must present a valid passport, with a minimum six months validity.
The entry visa can be obtained from Mozambique Embassies, High Commissions and Consulates in Africa, Europe, America and Asia.
For countries where you cannot find a Mozambique Embassies or Consulates, Mozambique has introduced a border visa , which can be obtained at the main entry points. This visa is valid for 30 days and is renewable for the same period.

Under bilateral agreements, citizens and bearers of passports from the Republic of South Arica, Botswana, Swaziland, Mauritius, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Tanzania are exempeted from entry visas.
It is advisable to get one´s visas in advance. These are obtainable by presenting two passport size photographs and the necessary visa fee.
